09.01.2022 I did what I like to call a Frankenstein job. Stegbar sliding door lock had a broken interior handle. The replacement Whitco has an exterior handle that is too wide and interferes with the screen door path of travel.... The solution here was to keep the Stegbar exterior handle and get it to fit the Whitco interior handle

Re-master key a hotel/restaurant that suffered a stolen master key. -Rooms 1 and 2 had to be on different keys, both keys had to work on hotel entrance -Restaurant had to have all points of entry keyed alike onto a master key. -Restaurant master had to open hotel as well but hotel master was not allowed to open restaurant

02.01.2022 I extracted a broken key from a deadlatch. This one pictured is a copy of it... The reason the key broke is the result of having a first deep cut. The reduced amount of material can only sustain torque for so long. If your keys look like this then call 24-7 Lockouts to rekey your locks to a safer solution.
