12.01.2022 Applications now open for businesses to provide housing services in South Australia SA Housing Authority is establishing a list of prequalified businesses to provide a range of housing services. The list, which will remain in place initially for two years, will provide a pool of suitable suppliers that the Authority can quickly call upon to undertake work. ... Applications are now called for the following categories: Builders Panel Engineering Services - Civil and Structural Project Management Services Investment Advisory and Assessment Landscaping and Horticultural Services Architectural and Urban Design Services. The establishment of the prequalified list will ensure suppliers have the appropriate skills, capacity, capability and accreditation to undertake the work for the Authority. Successful business will be added to the list for an initial term of two years, with limited extension options available at the discretion of the Authority. This is not a mandated panel, meaning that the Authority will reserve the right to conduct open market tenders. The Invitation to Apply, available at www.tenders.sa.gov.au, closes on Thursday 2 July.
