09.01.2022 Sad to hear of the passing of the Mighty Subzero today. Subbie and his owner Graham were part of our 150th celebrations back in 2015. R.I.P Subzero back reunited with Graham you both will be missed by lots around the racing industry

03.01.2022 The Merton Race club committee were very sad to hear of the passing of Malcom Lugg. Malcom was a valued supporter of Merton ranging from a cup winning owner to committee member and finishing as our Time keeper for many years. We wish to send our sympathy to his family at this sad time he will be missed by a lot of people
