19.01.2022 A tasty treat to keep refreshed in the Pilbara heat. Peach and nectarine iceblocks INGREDIENTS: 2 tablespoons caster sugar... 1 cup fruit juice 1/2 yellow peach, stoned, thinly sliced 1/2 white nectarine, stoned, thinly sliced 50g cherries, halved, pitted 1/2 cup mint leaves METHOD: 1. Combine the sugar and 1/3 cup water in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 mins or until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in the fruit juice. 2. Divide the peach, nectarine, cherry and mint among ten 1/3 -cup iceblock moulds. Pour over the sugar mixture. 3. Insert iceblock sticks. Freeze for 4 hours or until set.

We will also have a range of Muscle Nation Products available to the public right here in Newman! A selection of Protein, Fat burners, Pre workouts WILL be available - be quick stock will not last long. FIRST 20 Customers to purchase MN products will receive a Shaker and samples.... Finally, The food we will be making on the day will be PLANT BASED....we will ensure items are clearly labelled GF, V, DF etc but please if you are unsure just ask. We are very grateful to be surrounded by local companies/businesses who are willing to help out. Our event was to raise money for The Starlight Foundation for Xmas and I’m sure they will be delighted with the amount we managed to pull together. Also a HUGE thank you to all the teams who participated and raised money. We couldn’t have had such a great event without you all. Can’t wait to do it again
