Eat out only if it’s a must if not meal prep, make it exciting, create dishes you enjoy ... Eating a salad out isn’t always the best choice (tip: always ask for dressing on the side) Eating subway or a salad roll isn’t the healthiest (tip try keep it simple when eating out grilled fish/chicken and a fresh salad) Eating sushi ain’t the best choice (tip sashimi salad without dressing) Make the healthiest choice and commit to your nutrition plan to get the best results Enjoy eating out in moderation but when you are on a challenge and have a goal to reach by a certain date then it’s up to you to be disciplined #FactFriday
