19.01.2022 Weightloss doesnt have to be stressful, frustrating or disheartening. When we strip back to basics, 1200 calories of real food and burn 500 calories through exercise daily, the weight drops off. (These figures will vary depending on your weight/gender) This week is a good reminder of that for me. Eating lots of green vegetables, lean protein and fresh berries. Ive lost 1.6kgs in 3 days.
