13.01.2022 Healthy Tip Thursday - We know how hard it is to prepare or to find the time to eat something healthy for every single meal. So we are just realistic and make sure to get one good dose of veggies in ONE of our meals everyday. Veggie soup is so easy and really satisfying for these cold days. All it takes is your favourite veggies cut up, lentils and your choice of a small amount of meat like chicken - placed in a pot with some stock (preferably homemade - were lucky that our d...ad makes it for us most of the time) and leave to cook on the stove. This time we used a small amount of bacon, beans, carrot, onion, celery, red lentils and tomatoes, most veggies are from our garden of course. When it comes to feeling good and healthy it's not rocket science, fresh, unprocessed, organic food will make you feel amazing!
