23.01.2022 Tonight we decorated cakes. All had fun and some showed their skills with icing. These people are really the icing on the cake!

22.01.2022 Happy world scout day from our Rovers! We’re all wearing our scarves in solidarity with scouts across the world to commemorate the first scout camp on Brownsea Island in 1907. A big congratulations to one of our own Rovers, Jess, who received a Special Service Award, and our Rover Advisor John who received a Silver Koala in this year’s Adult Recognition Awards.

18.01.2022 Today the Crew have been very busy! A couple of our members completed a First Aid Course, while a couple more ran the BBQ lunch for the participants of the course! #whoyougonnacall #roversdostuff #levelup

17.01.2022 The Unit have spent the last few weeks in an intellectual challenge, playing Dungeons and Dragons! The first time playing for the majority of players, we successfully defeated the storm cult and restored peace to the archipelago. We’ve rated this challenge a natural 20!

16.01.2022 Over the weekend some of our Crew headed to the GWS Roventure at Camp Kuring-Gai! We had an awesome time with our Venturer friends from 1st Ermington Scout Group and 1st Kellyville! Check out some of the fun we had! We are already looking forward to next year! #roversdostuff #venturersareawesome #futurerovers : GWSR Venturers

15.01.2022 Last night the Crew hung out with the Kellyville Venturers... rock climbing! It was a great chance to build our confidence and friendships before the end of the year. We’re super keen for Roventure in February and look forward to getting together again before then to prepare ourselves for it!

15.01.2022 Last night the crew competed in a gnome hunt! The idea of the night was for 2 teams to compete to get photos of the gnome in as many places as possible with bonus points for creativity.

14.01.2022 How many Rovers can you fit into a Golf cart? A few weeks ago we headed to Holey Moley Castle Hill for a night of golf! We reckon we could fit a few more people into this cart, if you’re interested in joining us, send the page a DM and we’ll send you our program! #roversdostuff

13.01.2022 Today, our Assistant Crew Leader spent the day at the GWSR Joey Fun Day! Here she is, pictured with Kym the Scout Mascot! #roversdostuff #roversdoservice

12.01.2022 Merry Christmas from our Crew to yours! Have a safe and enjoyable holiday season - we are looking forward to starting back up for 2020 on January 9th!

11.01.2022 Last night the South West Horntails visited the crew and taught us the basics of Quidditch. The crew had a great time and are excited to try it again!

10.01.2022 Tonight we headed over to 1st Kellyville Venturers to help them run a Murder Mystery Dinner! We had a great time hanging out and giving the Venturers their weird food combinations (butter, an icy pole, and soup, anyone? Or would an icy pole and olive oil take your fancy instead?) #roversdostuff #service

09.01.2022 This past weekend, the crew held a crew camp to celebrate the end of the year. The weekend was a great way to get to know some of the newer members of the crew as well as to wind down after the year that has been 2020

08.01.2022 One of our Rovers, Jess, is in the United States as a part of the Australian Contingent to the 24th World Scout Jamboree! She’s spent the last couple of days in Washington DC, meeting up with the other 676 Australians attending, making friends from across the country (and overseas), and checking out the sights!

07.01.2022 One of our crew members organised a sports night last night where we played chair soccer, dust hockey and indoor French cricket. If you or someone you know is interested visiting or joint 2nd Bualkham Hills Rover Crew send us a message and when of the crew members can let you know what we have planned. We meet every Thursday between 7:30 and 9:30

07.01.2022 Tonight was our last meeting for the year, so we threw a Christmas Party! Unfortunately we were having too much fun playing party games such as Santa Limbo and Bauble and Spoon Races to take any other photos, but here we are gathered around the Christmas Tree for a family photo! From our Rover family to yours, Merry Christmas!

06.01.2022 Tonight the Crew had our planned activity rained out so instead we played Phase10, a challenging strategy card game. Congrats to our winner Aidan, the only one to reach Phase10!

06.01.2022 From the 4th of January up until the 13th of January, a few of our Crew are serving the Scout Section at AJ2019 - 25th Australian Jamboree! Alex is in the AJ 2019 NSW Contingent HQ running the Mini Golf (come find him!) and Rachel is in Troop #D321 as the Health and Welfare Leader! If you’re here, come and say g’day! #roversdostuff #aj2019 #friendsforlife #service

05.01.2022 Some members of our crew set out on the weekend to conquer the lower Blue Mountains. Walking from Faulconbridge to Blaxland we enjoyed breathtaking views whilst learning new skills and spending time together. Covering close to 20 km in 3 days and climbing more than half a kilometre in altitude, the crew was stretched to their limits at times but overall it was an enjoyable and worthwhile experience.

01.01.2022 Tonight some of our crew enjoyed a hike along the Pemulway Loop. Despite the rain, those who participated embraced the circumstances and had a great time.

01.01.2022 A few of our rovers went along to Groovin the Moot over the weekend, and they were so busy having fun that these are all the photos they had the time to take!
