25.01.2022 Almost finished our upstairs addition! It’s had me working a lot of weekends and late nights but it’s all worthwhile now. We feel very lucky to have such an amazing property and views. Some joinery in the office (left of the screen) and some furniture should be the goods!

19.01.2022 It’s been a crazy time for everyone around the world these last few months. I feel very lucky I am still able to go to work and that I am able to pay the boys every week. I know a lot of people out there are not so lucky and hope things change for the better sooner than later. Keep your distance and wash your hands. . This is our Midway Point house ready for concrete in the morning!

14.01.2022 A big first week back on the tools at my house. It was a smooth run until the rain hit this afternoon (definitely more than the 5mm predicted) the lesson I learned today was to use a waterproof tarp next time! This one let water through like a sheet! three hours of chaos later I think most of the water is out! Bring on the weekend..

13.01.2022 Working away from home can be tough!

12.01.2022 That was a big two weeks, from lifting the first roof sheet off to to laying the last one on the new roof. With one of the biggest rain storms to hit this way in a while we were a day short of having the roof on we spent half a day sweeping water off the floor to avoid or minimise the water damage below! At least I’ll be able to sleep to the sound of rain next week. Thanks @roodog17 , @luke_winzenberg and @jono.wells for getting it done!!
