My keytake from talking with her and sharing of her story: 1) Your family heritage, our parents can ...only do the best they can with what they have. They don't know what they don't know.. (eg raising kids). The tribal cycle stops with you. If we start noticing that we are like our parents. then stop, re-think what do we want to feel, do with our life. 2) Put in the hours to success where you want to be.. Pauline works hard, really hard to get to where she is now, this does not come from wishful thinking. She is a prime example of let the outstanding do the taking. 3) I was once got told. you are too small to be a female international speaker. well... Pauline is my height, Asian and guess what.. successful international speaker.. talking aboit smashing limiting beliefs..

09.01.2022 What is your future plan for 2018? What have you committed to for 2018? Is your habit supporting that? What needs to change? Do you have SMART goals? Do you have a planning session to see where you are heading by end of 2018? Or you just go with the flow? What are you telling yourself? I imagine myself in December 2018 having completed my WIG (Wildly Important Goal). What is that feeling knowing you are capable? Work backward and divide the year to 4 quarters 90 days. Star...ting at Oct 18 - Dec18 quarter. Where would I be by 31 Sep 18 if for December 2018 to happen? What does my situation/environment look like, then Jul-Sep 18, Apr18 - Jun-18, Jan18-Mar18 and so forth. From that I have a daily planner, the top 5 that moves towards my WIG. What action is to take place now? note: WIG is from the book "The 4 principle of execution" worth a read.. =D
05.01.2022 People helps me increase certainty and clarity in direction of my goal. Oh yes... I have those oh /**# moments and through connecting with other, sharing what I know.... I come to released... Face the fear and do it anyway!!?!( Extrovert much?!?.. lol ) By understand myself, human core needs, how we come about making decisions our whole life.... I find compassion, valuabulity and understanding. Human beings are easy peasy...to some degree!! Love human beings... Loving perspectives of life...
