14.01.2022 With the weather so nice at the moment I’m thinking of starting another morning fitness session on a week day (probably mornings) in a nice park somewhere local. It would be my usual thing of everyone working to their own level of ability, options given to work around injuries and conditions and lots of input as to likes and dislikes (there always plenty of things we can do!) If you’d be interested in coming along message me and let me know what day and time would suit you best (just a caution here that I don’t like super early mornings!) Cheers Barb

14.01.2022 Before becoming a trainer I stacked on a lot of weight! When I started a food diary it became obvious that what I thought was eating was actually quite different to my real food intake. This article explains how this happens. 12.01.2022 Our recent social outing - Mandala painting workshop at ‘Embarked with Simone.’ I was amazed - you really don’t need artistic ability to be able to create these gorgeous paintings (speaking for myself here). With Simone’s help everyone produced beautiful artwork and we all enjoyed the afternoon. Thanks Simone

07.01.2022 Sunday morning group session at my place. Try this core combo - fitball push ups and reverse crunches. Five sets of 15. The further forward your position on the ball the more challenging the push up. Feet on the ball for top marks!

Everyone achieved this with some people more than doubling their starting time! Karen and Steve set benchmarks for the group with times of 3.18 and 4.04!

02.01.2022 Keep up your training all year round . Our regular group fitness sessions are continuing all through winter. Thursday evening 6pm and Sunday morning 8.30am.... outdoor fitness but with an alternative venue for wet weather.
