A Rep-less workout.... 2K set: 8 sets @4.15min -Squat Hold -Prayer Hold/Chest Squeeze -Reverse Plank -Doorway Arm Rise (Lateral Raise) -Hip Adduction -Wide Knee Glute Bridge -V-Hold -Self Arm Wrestle (2min 10sec each side)

07.01.2022 THE FITNESS TEST: -Each workout goes for 1min, unless stated. -1min break between each exercise. ... Start: -2min Burpees -Plank: Until failure -Squats -Push-ups: Chest to Ground -Sit-ups: Touch the ground behind your head, and at your feet -Chair Tricep Dips -Side Planks: Until failure on both sides, no rest between sides -2min Burpees 1min might seem like a lot a lot of rest, but it is important to allow your body to recover, allow your body to regard the ATP in your muscles, and to allow some of the lactic acid to dissipate out of the muscles. Remember to record your time for the planks and the amount of reps you make for the other exercises. Recommended warm-up: -5 Lunge with twists (each leg) -5 Inch worms (remember to tuck the chin in, and roll down each vertebrae to stretch out the back, warm up the shoulders and stretch the Hamstrings) -10 Cossack Squats -20 High Plank Mountain Climbers An Extra Note: Which ever variation on the workouts you start with, try to continue using that variation for the whole workout. If you want help on variations of exercises for your own fitness level, let me know. If you know what variation you are going to use, record it with your rep count. eg: Push-ups Easier version: On knees Advance version: Clap push-ups
