23.01.2022 Q: HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN? A: Everyones levels, bodies, recovery rates and schedules are very different. However if you are healthy, looking after yourself and have a conducive schedule, 3 to 5 times a week is fantastic/ideal. Listen to your body. Some weeks you will feel a million dollars and feel like pushing yourself almost every day. Other weeks, you may feel a little sore and a bit flat.... It is important to still get to the gym when you arent feeling amazing as these are often the most rewarding and beneficial sessions, particularly for your state of mind. 3 to 5 2m2 sessions a week will leave you feeling fit, safe, smiling and improving your physique. When done correctly, it teaches you to throw an opponent twice your size with the flick of a wrist while standing up, and you certainly dont have to be stronger than your opponent. But in a nutshell, females do not naturally produce enough testosterone to become muscle bound. At 2m2, the training is designed in a way to accelerate toning and body fat loss, not bulking.
