17.01.2022 Check out our incredible Silver High Flyers Paul, Brendan, David and Damien from Car 342. Taking part in the Bash had been on the bucket list for team captain P...aul, who had always wanted to get involved in the event with his 5 brothers. To celebrate turning 50 he decided 2019 was the year to do it! He was joined by 2 of his brothers, Brendan and David, and good mate, Damien. It may have been a first for the crew, but their car has certainly had plenty of experience. "We wanted a car that had done the Bash before" said Paul. The previous owner had taken it on 3 past events and they even met a fellow Basher along the way who recognised the car after having done 9 Bashes in it over the years! It won’t be the last for the seasoned car either, or its crew who are keen to come again in the future. "We're all country people" said Paul. "It was great going to the different towns and meeting people. It was a whirlwind!" We're so excited to see Car 342 back again for another Bash and can't thank them enough for being a hero to Aussie kids in need.
