We thought we’d do our bit for the Fire Fighters , we knew we couldn’t compete with Elton , all we had to offer w...as our fee for our Aussie day gig. Avalon Beach Bowling Club got on board and upped the ante. Awesome community spirit and generosity from our local and fellow musicians. This will be one helluva day . 02.01.2022 Thank you very much to everyone who attended our Avalon Bushfire Benefit last month where you raised $7,500 for the NSW RFS - Terrey Hills Brigade. Milton Brown... (The Red Herrings), Kirk Willcox (Avalon Beach Bowling Club) and Steve Green (2 Shots Classic Rock Band) went as your reps to attend the monthly meeting of these firie legends to thank them for all their selfless, courageous work. You are assured the money will be put to good use to help protect our community, and may the firies have a safe summer going forward. And thanks again to all the musos who donated their talent and time on the day. It was special.
