25.01.2022 Sat, 14 April For those that can make it we will meet at 7:55 am at our normal location on MacKinnon Parade, North Adelaide. There is a very high chance of rain tomorrow morning so please be prepared! We might do some training close to the cars, just in case we need to make a RUN for it!! Enjoy your Friday - Hope everyone’s day hasn’t been too unlucky!!

23.01.2022 Sat, 24 March - Where did the week go!! Can't believe it's the weekend already. Once again we will meet at our normal location on MacKinnon Parade, North Adelaide at 7:55 am. Remember to dress cool tomorrow and bring water as it will already be warm by 8:00 am.

20.01.2022 Sat, 7 April We are going to join another run group tomorrow at 8:30 am and run the ‘Zoo to Weir Loop’. Meet at 8:25 am on the Albert Bridge on Frome Road, opposite the Adelaide Zoo. Apologies for no post last week or organised run, Easter was upon us before we knew it and time just got away! Hope everyone managed to get their own run in and not just sit around and eat easter eggs and hot cross buns all weekend! Look forward to seeing everyone in the morning

17.01.2022 Sat, 10 March Lincoln is an apology for tomorrow, however, we will still run without him. For those that can make it we will run at 7:45 am, before it gets to warm! Meet at our normal location on MacKinnon Parade, North Adelaide at around 7:40 am. Remember to keep well hydrated (on water!) this afternoon and evening.

11.01.2022 Sat, 2 June - Hello Winter We will be running tomorrow at 8am, meeting at our normal location at 7:55 am on MacKinnon Parade, North Adelaide. Look forward to seeing the crew in the morning.... New runners are always welcome to join us.

08.01.2022 Sat, 17 March STATE ELECTION DAY RUN - Meet at our normal location on MacKinnon Parade, North Adelaide at 7:55 am for an 8:00 am run/training session. Depending on the weather will depend on what we will do looks to be all over the place at the moment!! Those that run tomorrow can treat themselves to a polling booth sausage!

05.01.2022 Sat, 24 February - Back to our normal starting time of 8:00 am tomorrow. The weather forecast for tomorrow is 24 and possible rain so lets head to MacKinnon Parade and stay in close proximity to the vehicles should we need to make a 'run' for it! Lincoln will not be joining us tomorrow, instead he will be carrying out bestman duties for Blake!! The 2XU Norwood Run Crew wish Blake and Lacey all the very best for their wedding and future together. Hope you all have a wonderful day tomorrow, we will be thinking of you.

Hopefully the weather is kind and the rain holds off until later in the day.... Our free runs/training sessions are open to anyone who wants to run - feel free to come and join us on a Saturday morning for an hour.
