25.01.2022 Do you know that 2YYY plays the biggest variety of music in The Hilltops. Because we are the Voice of The Hilltops. We play Irish country, Australian and American country both new and old. Pop, retro rock, jazz and 50’s and 60’s rock and roll too. We have shows about pop culture and Sunday night Christian music and the Saturday sports show. So we really have something for everyone, including the morning request show where you can contact us and request your special songs. So tune into 92.3FM and check out the best music in the district on YOUR community radio station.

24.01.2022 From the 29th of June 2YYY will reopen it's doors to the public. So please feel free to drop in and hand over your request lists in person. Or drop in your lost and found and For Sale items. Covid-19 social distancing rules must be followed when you visit.

20.01.2022 Hi all. Our new streaming service is going great everywhere not just in the Hilltops region. Many people in Young have relatives all over the world. Unfortunately the covid pandemic has prevented international travel. So you can tell anyone you know anywhere in Australia and all over the world to tune into 92.3 fm. We have made a massive effort to add 2yyy 92.3 on dozens of search engines that play world wide radio. Many will play 2yyy if you search for it. In todays internet... world it costs very little to listen on your phone or your computer. So if you dont have a radio there are no excuses not to listen to our great community radio station. Below are some statistics for today the 18th August 20 that shows we have had 72 listeners today all around the world with 117 listening hours. So come on and listen online anytime.

11.01.2022 Hi all Our new streaming program is fantastic and up and running. This is combined with our up to date website makes it very easy to stream 2yyy from any device and around the world with great sound. If you go to our 2yyy website and follow the streaming links you can listen on all you devices. Just follow the Azura links and you can carry 2yyy wherever you travel or are living. The streaming services will show you the current song playing on the computer and will give you th...e song history. Of course this will only show the songs playing from our great new playing software and not from CD's etc. Based on current statistics from our streaming software we have listeners everywhere in the world including Iceland, UK, France, all over Europe, Asia and both North and South America. 10.01.2022 Hello everyone. You may have noticed that 2YYY 92.3 FM has a new logo and slogan. We are promoting ourselves as the "Voice of The Hilltops". It is a step forward for the station and over the coming months other changes will be put in place. Just one step at a time, as we want to take our older listeners along with us, as well as attracting new listeners. As the only community radio station in Young and The Hilltops, we are working on reflecting our community, your style of music and our wonderful station sponsors.

06.01.2022 2YYY FM is YOUR community radio station, 100% run and staffed by volunteers. However we really need more community members to help out, particularly on air. All training provided so you will learn new skills, have great fun, be part of a team of good people and most importantly be doing something for the community of Young and the wider area that listens in. It would be particularly good if some of the younger people get involved. If you think that the music is a bit old, then get on air and play some of your music. Help us move with the times.
