25.01.2022 Don't forget to get your orders in! We are taking orders for fresh, organically-grown vegetables today, ready for delivery to Monto tomorrow. Stuck for meal ideas? This was a winner for us! Cauliflower rice (made with romanesco broccoli instead of cauliflower) topped with a cabbage, peanut and chilli stir fry, and with a sneaky vino on the side. The photo doesn't do this meal justice - it was delicious! We sell romanesco broccoli, cabbage, spring onions for $5 per bunch. This week you can also order kale, silverbeet, carrots, beetroots, fennel and lettuce.

21.01.2022 Mulching day! Mulching helps smother weeds and keeps the soil moist. It also helps break up any clay in the soil, allowing better water and air movement through the soil. We love mulch!

15.01.2022 Save the date - sat 10 October - Monto Markets at the artwalk at the bottom of the Main Street. We are so pleased to be a regular stallholder at @TheMontoMarkets and to have the opportunity to chat directly with our customers. We are locals, growing fresh produce on our property at Moonford. We use no chemicals and are happiest when we sell our fresh produce directly to our local community. We look forward to seeing you and having a chat next Saturday at the Markets.

13.01.2022 3 Moons nutrient-dense organic vegetables have been turned into delicious minestone (vegetable) soup, by Bronwyn, a chef and friend who recently moved to Monto. Minestone soup is now available in the 3 Moons Farm fridge at Harvest & Co. Each serve feeds two people and is $15 per container.

06.01.2022 It was kimchi making day today! Kimchi is a traditional fermented condiment from Korea. This is our interpretation - carrots covered in a paste made from ginger, garlic, spring onion and chilli, now in a fermenting pot to sit for a few days. They already smell amazing and this will only get better with age. We sell carrots and spring onions for $5 per bunch. Get your fresh produce today and get experimenting!
