25.01.2022 New Members Only! The Movement Barracks is offering free 8am classes Saturday to mothers and anyone for that matter that would like to work on thier pelvic floor, core and glute stability with a little stretching thrown in. It can be such a debilitating thing suffering from conditions associated with poor pelvic floor, glutes and core stability and id like to correct it. It impedes daily life, training and just feeling bloody normal. NOT FAIR!... To do so please message me to organise your spot. This will run for 4 weeks from this Saturday.

24.01.2022 In the wake on COVID-19 and with 24hr and large member gyms being a natural hive for the spread of viruses and bacteria its worth being sure and safe by training at a facility that is private and is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness. The Movement Barracks in Burswood, has classes and private Personal Training sessions, with the gym being wiped down, cleaned, and antibacterial twiced a day.... If you would like to remain free of COVID -19 and still get your training sorted during this crazy period come and train at my 500 square metre gym. 24.01.2022 To Celebrate The Movement Barracks 2nd Birthday! As of the 14th September GROUP CLASSES will be $50.00 per month, so that's just $12.50 per week for UNLIMITED access to Mon/Wed/Fri 6am & 6pm group sessions. Also knowing that alot of my clients are and have been doing it tough, I hope this helps and we can continue smashing it each week. Stay tuned on the App for price change.

18.01.2022 Update on The Movement Barracks. Now that new COVID-19 rules have come into effect, which means 4 square metres per person and no more than 100 total. (25 people in a 100sqm). Which means most gyms will be closed. The Movement Barracks, has 1 highly skilled trainer in a brand new PRIVATE 500 square metre facilty in the heart of Burswood. Throughout this crisis I have and continue to adhere to all regulations and laws put in place and have maintained a very high level of clea...nliness and would like to continue. So, if you would like to remain SAFE during this time and be in a controlled environment with 1 trainer and a HUGE private space please don't hesitate to get in touch i would love to hear from you.
