17.01.2022 We are excited to be running our final tri for the year. Please join us next Sunday 29th November at 6:30 am for a 'no tech' tri. Nominate a finish time and stick to it to be eligible for a prize. This tri is all about having a go! $10 cash payable on the day!

16.01.2022 Join us tomorrow for our final 'social' tri of the season. $10 cash entry. START TIME: 6:30 am, so recommend getting their 30 mins before hand to rack your bike and set up. See you bright & early!

05.01.2022 Friday Training is on!! Beautiful weather to enjoy Run & Swim! Super coach Matt is coaching the session. Meet at Rockpool for a 5.30am start (finish @ 6.30am). Run/Swim session, no bike. Bring goggles and running shoes plus coffee money (support our local at Odyssey). New people always welcome. Don't need experience, we will guide you along. Exercise at your own pace, it's not a race.
