25.01.2022 The Australian Open of Surfing drifted into Port and quietly floated away over last weekend. How wonderful to have the show of big kids verse adults with some wonderful talent on board (pardon the pun). Awesome work to the beautiful Darren O’Rafferty who clearly showed the best local talent making it all the way to the semi finals! A pleasure to know and watch dance with the waves. Imojen made it to quarterfinals as the best local female and challenging the possibility of ...2nd furthest Hastings local. She versed the female winner to lose out there but was happy enough with her shot. Kayle knocked out early but he versed the overall winner in that heat who was on fire lighting up the waves. Kayle managed a very reputable score and good double digit result but not enough to continue to show what he can do. Thanks Port and all those that came. Wish town beach gave better waves but it did turn on the weather gods! See more

We are so grateful he does. We love having him place the right board of his or another great shaper under our feet to help guide us to better manoeuvrability.

06.01.2022 Exciting days ahead. In the ever shifting sands of time things rise and they fall. Tahli will soon be leaving us again for the ‘Gong for her law and arts degree (very, very sad news but we wish her all the best)...and this young man will be stepping up. Taking on finishing his coaching qualifications I’m sure he will coach as well as he surfs. Seeing people try surfing for the first time and nail every aspect we provide: the physical side of getting up and grabbing great waves, the emotional side as they smile, laugh and connect with self and others so happily, and the energetic side where the surfing high slowly turns into peace and chill for the rest of the day! 03.01.2022 The magic we share at Soul Sisters never ceases to amaze me. 8 years on and the journey brings women back for more, new women signing up and all of of us floating on a cloud of shared beautiful experiences. WOW WHAT A WEEKEND! We are all feeling zenned, chilled, hearts full and expanded plus so much more positive shifting. Thanks for the ride girls - we did it and we owned our true authentic selves! 02.01.2022 We've had such wonderful kids that have committed and extended their surfing skills all while having fun over winter. Wonder which lucky new kids we will be graced with ready to start or continue a love of the ocean, the beach and surfing! Only a surfer knows the feeling!

02.01.2022 These shots were taken by the HPC (High Performance Camp). Kayle was double blessed. After his successful entry to this Hydralite camp he diligently applied for, he had plenty of fun and good times. Super lucky to have some beautiful locals take him for us (thanks Ben and Amanda) and a kind mob from the ‘Gong on a long trek back to bring him home. We were also blessed with a quiet weekend!
