03.01.2022 Can you guess who this little cutie is? If you guess Miss Flora you would be correct we like to give little updates on our poster girl because so many people are interested in her journey. Miss Flora visited the vet again today and as you can see had a long over due hair cut while she was there, Miss Flora does not cope well with being clipped and it becomes quite stressful for her and us, today she needed a mild sedation to help have this done. Miss Flora also had her mont...hly CYTOPOINT injection while she was there. As all vet visits go we had yet another lengthy discussion about a further plan for Miss Flora, we are again trialling more tablets and if these go well we will then look at them for long term use, and we will continue the megaderm we have also discussed that in future when she needs a clip, it will be something the vet will continue to do and she will also have the bath treatment while under sedation because a normal bath routine for Miss Flora can take up to half an hour and again this is to minimise the stress on her..:..... and me lol. As you can see she is resting peacefully now after her big day of being pampered. A big thank you to Griffith Veterinary Hospital for all their help and advice, our questions are never too difficult to answer and it’s a comfort to know we have them in our corner (side note: Flora is NOT available for adoption) See more
