25.01.2022 During the last two weeks of term our coaches travelled to Reece High School, running drills, talking about the benefits of martial arts and fitness, as well as the road to Australian titles. The groups were fantastic, thank you for your participation and attention. Coaches noted group improvements over the two week program, well done! Our coaches had a blast! 17.01.2022 360 update With a heavy heart, following government directives 360 has suspended all classes and facility access. All fees have now been suspended until we resume operation.... Our 360 community has been a special place for each and everyone one of us over the past few years, we know it will continue to be throughout this and come out even stronger when we make it to the other side. We ask that all our members take the health and safety of others into consideration throughout this time. The 360 community has always been their to support each other in times of need, we ask that you continue to be the amazing people you are and support each other through this difficult time. Feel free to use our Facebook closed group to stay in contact and share things with each other. If you arent yet it the group, let Tracey and Ethan know and theyll make sure youre added. In times like these its important to take care of your mental health, please remember beyond blue, lifeline and similar organisations offer services and tips for times like this.
