Full of enzymes to ensure the body is absorbing and breaking down all the nutrients effectively and efficiently, and the cells remain healthy and flowing. Fun fact... as soon as we cook food over 48 degrees celcius, all enzymes are lost, meaning our bodies really struggle to break down that food and absorb the nutrients.
