24.01.2022 When our receptionists are not greeting our lovely patients at the front desk, they are at the back maintaining frequent clinical hygiene on all surfaces and equipment, such as in the Pilates Studio. We will be posting updates as we learn more throughout the week in line with the Government Policy. As Physiotherapists, we play a vital role in keeping people moving well and feeling great. In doing this we reduce the strain on the rest of the health care system. Try this exercise at home using a towel rolled under the back (line it up along the centre of your spine) and hold for 1-2 minutes. We're here to help you through the work-at-home period. 08.01.2022 Good morning everyone! Just wanted to give you all re-assurances regarding our core strength & conditioning program. As per Morrison's announcements yesterday, "Outdoor boot camps will be cancelled and reduced to a two-person maximum." Our core strength & conditioning classes however, are technically classified as medical appointments. This is due to the fact that we are rehabilitating our clients who have had previous injuries in these classes. What we will continue to do is maintain social distance by spacing the equipment and making sure none of our clients are within 1.5 metres from each other while in the studio.
