23.01.2022 Nice video of the Melbourne CBD, Yarra River, BOT, MCG, and tennis / cricket quarter. Hard to beat Melbourne in summer or the V1.0 as a training aircraft!

23.01.2022 JUST LIKE FLYING IN LA! Due to bush fire haze, flying around Melbourne today was just like flying in the LA basin, Here are some images from our return to YMEN from YMMB after some instrument training down YMAV way. It was hot and sunny with clear blue sky, but IFR conditions, due haze, especially over Port Phillip Bay. Also here are some shots of our newly installed and oh so useful Jeppesen charts.... The V1.0 is proving to be a wonderful ab initio to advanced IFR aircraft - perfect for flight schools. See more

21.01.2022 PORT PHILLIP BAY FROM VOI Today we demonstrated our Vulcanair V1.0. VH-VOI to a visiting Air New Zealand Dash 8 pilot / flight instructor, and a local first time in the air passenger friend new to flying. Both VOI and Melbourne’s Port Phillip Bay impressed on a perfectly clear, but cold, summer day. We flew out of our base at Essendon. ... Our route was YMEN-WES-ALOA-TON-WBER-YMAV-PIPS-CERB-APL-BLT-MVC-YMEN. We took off and landed on Runway 17 (with a 20-knot headwind for landing). Here are some images of our flight. Why not join us with owning a V1.0? The V1.0 is the perfect aircraft for flight training, sightseeing and more. Paul M Southwick Head of Sales & Marketing +61424704010 [email protected]

14.01.2022 MCG AND OZ-NZ TEST MATCH FROM VOI Nice views of the Melbourne CBD and Melbourne Cricket Ground from Vulcanair V1.0 VH-VOI on a beautiful summers day - bring on the tennis and grand prix.

11.01.2022 VULCANAIR V1.0 & MELBOURNE AT THEIR BEST Some shots taken over Melbourne today out of YMEN. Such a great glass cockpit made better with an AvPlan endowed iPad.... Isolation is gone...bring on GA flying and flight training - for which the V1.0 is perfect (ab inito to commercial, and instrument rating)

08.01.2022 Here's a short clip of our hand flown IFR flight at 6,000 feet heading back to YMEN today from maintenance at YWGT. The clouds only lasted a few nm's and then we were back in a sunny day as we approached Melbourne. Glorious autumn weather for flying.... Experimenting with a GoPro Hero 5. Hope to add ATC and proper sound soon as well as get rid of that flicker.

08.01.2022 PORT PHILLIP BAY AT ITS BEST Cruising Melbourne's Bay in our V1.0 demonstrator with commercial pilot Shaun and his son Ryan on a perfect day today. Shaun was impressed with the V1.0's stability, visibility and speed.... A great training or private aircraft.

07.01.2022 CLOUD SURFING IN VULCANAIR V1.0 VH-VOI Here's a short clip of our hand flown IFR flight at 6,000 feet heading back to YMEN today from maintenance at YWGT.

06.01.2022 HYBERNATING DURING LOCKDOWN Our Vulcanair V1.0 looks nice and warm tucked away in its custom fitting cover. Waiting to emerge in Spring.

03.01.2022 PIPS is the entrance to Port Phillip Bay at Melbourne, Australia. A nice day for V1.0 flying in an aircraft with fantstic visibility for pilots and back seat passengers.

02.01.2022 PARTICIPATING IN A FUNFLIGHT EVENT AT YMEN TODAY Thunderstorms holding off.

01.01.2022 THE BIG WASH AFTER THE BIG SMOKE After a long period of bushfire smoke in Melbourne our Vulcanair V1.0 demonstrator, VH-VOI, needed a good three hour wash. Sitting in it and flying through smoke not good. Here's Max lending a helping hand at our Essendon base (YMEN).... Clean as a whistle now, and ready for a trip north to Wangaratta (YWGT), weather permitting, next Monday for some servicing.
