A part of this will be stored on site and then malted by #barossavalleycraftmalt before being mashed, fermented, distilled and barreled. 08.01.2022 As you all have heard by now the SA government has increased the covid restrictions due to the cluster forming in the northern Adelaide suburbs. We will be in contact with all those who have made bookings for the next two weeks, over the next couple of days. To put things into perspective we are limited to the following capacities:... *Inside - 17 people (including children and babies) *The Deck - 14 people (including children and babies) *The Mural seating area - 20 people (including children and babies) *The Lawn - 43 people (including children and babies) With group bookings 10 and under only and everyone must be seated for consumption inside and out. 02.01.2022 HAPPY SECOND BIRTHDAY TO US Today marks 2 years since we opened the doors at Sunny Hill. What an amazing adventure it has been, a huge thank you to our staff who have put in tireless efforts throughout the years. A big thank you to our extended family whom we have called upon numerous times to help with juggling family life and work commitments.... From small beginnings of just a tasting room with one spirit to offer and a couple of craft beers and wines. TO 600 square meters of lawn, a shipping container size mural surrounded by seating, a huge deck over looking the lawn encompassing the full western views, 6 different types of spirits and liqueurs to offer as well as whisky, rum and brandy aging in barrels, a full range of independent craft beers, wines and ciders to taste. Not to mention the awards we have won this year alone. 2020 has been a year most of us want to forget but whilst on the roller coaster Sunny Hill entered 5 spirit competitions, with unbelievable results. Winning a major trophy for our 100% raw wheat vodka and 15 additional medals both nationally and internationally.

02.01.2022 The team at Sunny Hill are looking for friendly, motivated bar tenders with their rsa to join us over the coming months and possibly into the later part of next year.
