To help store and handle the crop, TAP AgriCo take on up to 6 additional seasonal employees. Training and induction is provided for the harvest position which is outlined below. RECEIVAL POINT OPERATORS Receive, store, outload and maintain the condition of grain and storage facilities. Sampling of grain from the delivered load. In-loading and out-loading from road, while, at all times, focusing on quality assurance. recording truck gross & tare weights (weighing in and weighing out of site).
