17.01.2022 Things are moving at a pace. I can't believe how well 3BlackSHEDS and La Casetta are doing in this period leading up to Christmas. I am almost embarrassed to admit we have had 165 nights booked since Dan made his announcement. Occupancy is up to 48% already (3 month window). It beats all our early projections. Who said "Build it and they will come"? So having said that ...... If you want to come to the Valley and you want to stay at the 3BlackSheds or at La Casetta - get in f...ast, the calendar is filling up. 3BlackSHEDS - Big Shed will take its first guests on Friday. We can't wait. Rowena has styled the hell out of it. I will do a video in the next few days to show you all. Our new website is up and running. Still some tweaking to do but go have a look. 16.01.2022 Evening all. Rowena has tasked me with putting up some photos of the 3BlackSheds and updating you of our progress as we get towards the end of the development. We are starting to see light at the end of the tunnel now. Littke black cabin #1 is nearing the point where we can install the sliding doors and lock it up. Because we needed the scissor lift to get to the high cathedral ceilings we had to leave the door off till the last minute. That should happen mid next week and w...e can complete the electrical fitoff, install the kitchen, finish the bathroom and hey presto - little black shed #1 is done. Little black cabin #2 is about 3 weeks behind this. The Big shed is still in mid phase where we are finishing electrical and plumbing rough in so plaster, plywood lining and the corrugated iron ceiling can go up. So that will do for this week.
