01.01.2022 So after ten years of service from the last one, I fitted a new Monotec sail at Mogo Zoo on Friday. No sooner had I fitted it and the customer was all over it, literally. First they checked the corner fittings, making sure they were marine grade stainless steel no doubt. Next it was the seams, looking at the 15 year guaranteed Teflon thread I used, after that it was on to the 6mm stainless wire, testing for strength and tension. Pretty sure it got a big thumbs up.
