14.01.2022 Another terrific, Easy Read resource. Wouldn't normally consider E.R.? Don't let that stop you. E.R. is all about accessibility, i.e. for everyone, and if you're feeling anxious or depressed you may find it's the perfect, uncluttered format you need right now. That little dog's kind of a bonus, too!

01.01.2022 The NDIS Guide to Plan Management is a terrific and long-overdue resource, well worth reading if you haven't already. It outlines what your Plan Manager SHOULD be doing, which is great; but it's worth keeping in mind that it's still just a guide. If you want to make something enforceable, it needs to be written into the Service Agreement you have with your P.M..
