09.01.2022 A week ago I posted the accurate and painless implant surgical pictures the training from 3DX Dentist allowed me to achieve. Today I took 1 week post op picture...s [well really 10 days] and you can see how much resolution and healing we have had around the tissue punch holes....amazing !! Thats what Guided Implant Surgery is all about, not only making it easier for the dentist, but also making it easier on your patients. We also took a follow up 3D X-ray today and verified the accuracy of the Guided surgery procedure. Absolutely spot on, especially around the sinus. The implants were placed exactly where we wanted to place them, as per plan. I am absolutely certain that without the training from Dr Hugh Flemming, cases like these would have only been procedures I watched other people perform. 01.01.2022 Two years ago I could never have imagined using anchor pins and doing full mouth guided implant cases. But what made this happen and made my first full mouth ca...se a SLAM DUNK was the excellent and customised training and mentorship I received from Dr Hugh Flemming at 3DX Dentist. Since 2012 Dr Flemmings mentorship has taken me from a freehanded and timid implant placer [always doing the easy cases and shunning the complex] to a Guided Tomahawk missile of accuracy. With guided implant placement I had to re-learn how to crawl,walk and run and now I am running.... and running hard. Sure I had travel down from Port Macquarie [4 hours away] for parts of the training, but it was from all those collective little pearls of wisdom that came with those trips and training that made my first full mouth case on friday a breeze. I called the patient yesterday and asked about the pain....all they needed was some panadol and they jumped straight onto their ride on mower for 2 hours.
