13.01.2022 Unfortunately, some of the rumors are true. It has been an amazing 7 years but at the end of the season, Empire Allstars will close its doors as a studio. This is solely because our owner and Principal, Miss Kelsie, would like to take a break and spend some quality time with her family. Starting out in a tiny hall at St Lukes, to where we are today has been a phenomenal journey. We have brought home titles we thought we could only dream of and have helped the most amazing a...thletes reach their goals and then some. The athletes we have had in our lives over this time have become family to us and we are so proud of where their roads have taken them. They have become professionals both in our industry and out. Although this is a sad time, were also excited for the next chapter in our lives as well as our athletes lives. Miss Kelsie would like to thank Josh her loving and patient husband, her children, family and friends for being so supportive over the years and a huge thank you to all of our staff both past and present for all their hard work and efforts over the years and last but certainly not least our Empire family! Whom without there wouldnt be an Empire! The memories that weve created together are priceless and we will cherish them always. In the coming year, Empire will make the change to Empire Collective and will be running workshops, choreography hire, music creations and routine cleaning for comps/Eisteddfods among a few other things. Miss Kelsie and our staff are not leaving the industry, just making a change to our position. We hope to work with our beautiful athletes again in the future and thank everyone again for the last 7 years. It has been a blessing to get to know you and to share our love of our industry with you. 04.01.2022 And just like that, our last ever competition as Empire is done... AND WHAT A WAY TO GO OUT This weekend was bliss! Every routine was strong, beautiful, powerful and all but flawless. To say we are proud is an understatement. The best weve seen our 2019 routines yet Our teams worked together fiercely, our soloists were outstanding, our Empire family were so supportive of everyone, our staff had a cracker of a weekend and we are all still riding on the high from DCE Nat...ionals. Thank you to all our athletes and their familys for one hell of a weekend. AND a special thank you to all the DCE Staff. 04.01.2022 I have been trying to work out what to say to sum up what a journey the last 7years has been. I am, and will be forever, grateful for all the priceless memories created by our Empire Family. It has been a rollercoaster of every emotion imaginable but wouldnt change any of it. The relationships Ive gained, lessons and experiences learnt are irreplaceable. There are so many people who have contributed to our Empire over the years, and without all of you, we wouldnt be who ...we are. So thank you from the bottom of my heart, couldnt have done it without you! I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to work with you, see you grow, both by age and ability.
