07.01.2022 This toilet in a rental property has been installed illegally and is a danger to the tenants. The cistern could easily snap off the toilet pan creating a ceramic edge capable of causing deep lacerations. A wall faces toilet should only be installed up against a wall so the cistern on top has support. A right hand skew back was the correct pan to install in this situation.

03.01.2022 When cutting concrete to expose a broken 225mm stormwater pipe you never know what your going to find under the slab. At this high school we opened up a section of concrete directly above the broken pipe to find that there was nothing supporting the slab as all the dirt was all washed away into the drain. This WAS going to be a small concreting job.

03.01.2022 It has never been ok to pour your motor oil down the stormwater pits in your housing complex. This townhouse complex had stormwater issues with all the pits that collect the surface water from its car parks, after sending the jet blaster down the drain we soon worked out the cause. Penrith council was called but due to no photographic evidence they could not investigate.
