24.01.2022 Lower Back Pain . Due to the sedentary nature of life, lower back pain has been increasingly common. . These exercises are a simple remedy which may help reduce and relieve lower back pain considerably.... . Bridges - lay on your back in a crunch position, lift your hips up to the ceiling focusing on contracting your glutes (aim for 5 sets of 10-15, 1-2x a day) . Deadbug - on all 4s, push your lower back into the floor and engage your abdominals, lower down opposite limbs (left arm, right leg) to the floor and then switch sides (aim tor 5 sets of 10/side, 1-2x a day) . 17.01.2022 Lower Back Pain 2 . Continuing from my last post, these progressions will help strengthen the glutes and abdominals and reinforce the correct muscle pattern. . Single Leg Bridges - lay on your back in a crunch position, keep on leg straight and off the ground, push down from the other leg and lift your hips up to the ceiling focusing on contracting your glute (aim for 5 sets of 10-15s reps, 1-2x a day)... . Hollow Body Hold - laying on your back, push your lower back into the floor to activate your abdominals. Aim to work through each position as able and progress to the next when possible (aim for 5 sets of 10-15s holds, 1-2x a day) .
