25.01.2022 After 6 years of 3seeds cooking school we are hanging up our apron strings. Our last class will be on June 22 - Salmon 3 ways. Why....... After 2 years of struggling with a damaged knee, coupled with the ongoing financial pressures of having to re locate from our home at the markets for 6 years, I feel it is time. After nearly 38 years of standing, walking, cooking and chopping, I have come to the realisation that the body cannot sustain the physical toll. It has been a great journey, with lots of laughs, the odd tear and meeting the most amazing people from all walks of life.... so time to close one book and reopen another. All vouchers will need to be redeemed before this date. If the class appears to be booked out online, feel free to call or email us, we will be more than happy to squeeze in a few extra places, Or possibly just book that last 3 seeds experience with your friends. Thank you for all the years of laughs, kind words and friendship and we look forward to a new chapter in our family life. Andrew, Catherine and the 3seeds team.

25.01.2022 It was so much fun having a girlie lunch with my beautiful friends and Andrew Haskins... he's not scared of showing his feminine sid What a perfect day to be sitting outside enjoying this amazing weather eating a vegetarian feast. I must admit, I did well with the dessert... a legacy to the last of the summer fruit... raspberry and peach cheesecake.

04.01.2022 Such a privilege to be part of the Pushys Fyshwick team at their gala night - raising money for the Humpty Dumpty Foundation. Andrew, Tash and I did our little bit with canapés, antipasto and a show stopping paella. Exhausting but extremely satisfying. I think my favourite canapé was the prawn cocktail with Persian feta and flying fish roe... an oldie but a goodie

04.01.2022 We made it (almost) last night was our first class at 3 seeds Fyshwick warehouse. A wonderful group of people attended, and gave us lots of encouragement. A little bit of polishing to do and our outdoor area to start once the weather cools down.Many thanks to our awesome staff, Tony, Tash & Lachie and Patrick and Natalie Carey, building owners and who assisted in making our transition possible. Mexican and Sangria to kick off 2017, and a few places still available for our "fish on the BBQ" class this Saturday, cooking on our fantastic new weber family Q's

01.01.2022 Now its starting to feel a little more like home. Our new fleet of Weber family Q's just rolled in ready for some great BBQ inspired classes over the next few months. A fish class tomorrow at 3 seeds Kembla st and Weber demo's at the new burning log Weber store all weekend, with Luke the Weber specialist and 3 seeds BBQ crew. March and April classes out next week.!!
