I must receive a reply of at least yes or no within a timely manner to confirm my arrival for your booking. ... I do my best to get all reminder messages sent as soon as possible after arriving home from work. I must get a reply by the next morning at the very latest confirming your booking. If I dont receive a reply I assume the booking is not wanted and will not arrive for the booking. I have a very large waitlist of clients waiting for a booking. If no reply is received, the booking will be automatically given to the next client on the list. Reminder messages are a courtesy service that I offer to ensure a smooth running schedule each day. 10.01.2022 Blowing out a husky coat when they are blowing their coat is messy work. Lots of hair removed prior to pre bath blow dry and we still had heaps of hair flying around. The deshed is then followed up with using the FurEX deshedding system. She looked amazing once she was done.

07.01.2022 Phoebe hasnt been very well so today was about trimming her quickly and comfortably as possible. She is an older lady and a comfort groom is so important over perfection. Such a sweet girl, happy to check out the kids playing in the street through the windows.
