25.01.2022 New record donation, $2676 to Bracken Ridge State High School P&C! Thank you to everyone that has purchased a book or donated books at Round Table Coffee, shared things online or spoken about the project with someone; you have helped all this happen.

23.01.2022 Bracken Ridge State School is the first school to collect their 50% Of Book Sale Proceeds. $422 was donated to the Bracken Ridge State School P&C which will he...lp the school do many tremendous things during 2017. Thank you to everyone that purchased a book during Feb/March/April. From May 1st the 50% of Book Sale Proceeds focus moves to Brighton State School and continues until the end of July. 23.01.2022 It is Fantastic to have Nashville State School on board in 2020. Back in 2018 $1215 was donated to Nashville State School, with 50% of the Book Sales for August - October. That figure set a new benchmark (maybe bookshelfmark?) then and it is anticipated it can be achieved again. There are thousands of good quality 2nd Hand Books across the shelves in Round Table Coffee, the 4017 Project sees 50% of these Book Sales go to selected schools in the 4017 area. Many Genres are co...vered with new titles popping up regularly. All book donations are also welcome, this is a big part of how this all works so well. Each book has a Buy & Swap pricing so you can drop one in for the shelves and take one away at the lesser price. It's a 'Circle of Books'.

22.01.2022 In 2020 we will see 2 schools being part of the 4017 Project that have participated previously. These schools will receive 50% of Book Sale Proceeds at Round Table Coffee over 4 months each Do we have Guest Sponsors this year? You'll have to wait and see...... An additional option for all to contribute will be via Containers for Change QLD, specifically at Sandgate Bottles and Cans Exchange with Scheme Number C10230586. Picking the 4017 Project at Sandgate BCEX will see 100% of your Container Refund go to the selected schools in the 4017 area. Since 2017 there has been over $9000 donated between 7 different schools, thanks to everyone that has been part of it so far.

22.01.2022 Today begins the 4017 Project for 2020! 50% of Book Sales in Round Table Coffee from February 1st to the end of May will be heading to Nashville State School. Nashville State School were last part of the 4017 Project in 2018 receiving a then new record of $1215. Can we succeed that total this year?... Beyond Book Sales you now contribute with your Can & Bottles if you wanted. 21.01.2022 You will usually find a few ever popular Stephen King on the in Round Table Coffee, you can see a few here in this shot. With the Kings you will find Bachmann, this is King when he wasn't writing as King. 50% of all these Books and every other book in Round Table Coffee sales go into the 4017 Project which is currently benefiting Bracken Ridge State High School. 20.01.2022 In a couple of days the 4017 Project begins a 4 month run benefiting Bracken Ridge State High School again. The last time the school featured there was a then record Grand Total of $841 donated. This time around there is fantastic and lovely extra with our Guest Sponsor Cr Sandy Landers matching our figure. Sandy attended Bracken Ridge State High School (and our last school in the 4017 Project Nashville State School) and is proud to contribute in this way. We’re reading as many books as we can in August to raise funds for kids who have a parent living with multiple sclerosis. Money raised through the MS Readathon will help fund vital support services, like special Family Camps. These camps provide an opportunity for kids who have a parent affected by MS to learn more about MS, bond with other kids and have fun with their family. This has given a new record total for the one school, we are blushing thinking about how great this is. Over 2020, with all COVID-19 related changes and things the 4017 Project has still managed to donate $3842 between 2 schools. That’s the combined figure raised and donated across Norris Road State School, Bracken Ridge State Hi...gh School & Nashville State School in 2018. 10.01.2022 You can see one of Anne Rice very popular 'The Vampire Chronicles' book here in 'Interview with the Vampire'. This was adapted to a film years after which did very well. Many of the subsequent books cam be found on the shelves in Round Table Coffee along side this first book, have a look later today maybe? Even with COVID activity still ongoing the amount we have come to we are very proud of, it makes close to $2400 to Nashville Sta...te School in the last few years alone. 01.01.2022 The last 3 months Round Table Coffee ran a fundraiser were 50% of book sales went to our school! Today at assembly, Jeremy from Round Table Coffee presented our... P&C President, Rohan a cheque for $728!!! This is an amazing achievement from the whole community who purchased books during this time.
