22.01.2022 You can now buy all three of these beauties online and their big 500g buddies! Just in time for Christmas shopping! So if you have someone to buy for who loves to cook this is the perfect present. Our one island spicy sauce and ginseng leatherwood honey are also available. These products can be posted anywhere in Australia (except the honey can’t go to WA). We are still waiting for Aus Post to reinstate their overnight guarantee for sending the salmon direct to the mainland but get in contact if you would like salmon for Christmas, there might be a stockist near you!

20.01.2022 What a fabulous day we had yesterday! A Day at the Farm was a great success and we were proud to show off our renovations. Thanks to everyone who came out to support us and to all the staff and helpers for making it such a wonderful day full of food drinks and laughter. Special thanks to Cotton Pony for their amazing tunes and Ironhouse Tasmania for their epic drinks!

13.01.2022 Something worth sharing to all of the mainland people. We have received information from Australia post and StarTrack directly that, "As we have recently been informed, Auspost and StarTrack will cease transporting perishables as of 31st March due to a change in structure framework." This is a major issue for all small businesses in Tasmania to get freight to our Mainland customers. We hope to find other alternatives but unfortunately this comes as a further punch to the stomach for all small businesses during COVID times. Thus far there has been no reason for why. I'm sure there will be more info on the news and in the coming days.
