12.01.2022 We came and we conquered This morning I was joined by 15 members of my gym @ Fort Evolution and we smashed the work out below. We did #1504formnd by doing 1504 repetitions. As in any workout scaled options were available if needed. Row -> instead of run... Lighter weights 3x Single skips -> instead of double unders So, why don’t you give this one a go too?
