17.01.2022 We love seafood even better if its locally sourced! Our go to is @rufuskingseafood in Ashgrove (or Straddie if youre lucky ). We try to eat varied types of fish, as each has different benefits. Oily fish like salmon and tuna are higher in unsaturated fats and a great source of important omega-3. Here we have mahi-mahi, which is lower in fat and a lean protein source. . The super easy, 20-minute recipe pictured: - Sunshine Coast Mahi Mahi, oven baked with a light spray... of olive oil and smothered in lemon, garlic, chilli and paprika. - Sautéed pumpkin, zucchini and brussel sprouts (snap frozen to save $) with garlic salt, paprika, cumin + nutritional yeast. I try to include a good amount of protein to help with satiety and fullness, and fruit for nutrients. . Protein Banana Bread: 200g ripe banana. 3 eggs. ... 2 egg whites. 50g Greek yoghurt (chobani or yopro). 1 tsp baking powder. 50g oats. 50g protein powder. . Blitz all ingredients in a blender.
