We truly appreciated that the owner had put everything we needed for our stay, we didn’t need to buy anything except for fresh bread and milk. This makes a huge difference w...hen you are new to a place and on a holiday. We had time to relax and enjoy the many beautiful tourist destinations in Hobart and we found Newtown very central for our travels. We also wish to say that we enjoyed the local delights that the owner had placed in the house. It encouraged us to locate those businesses and purchase their products since they tasted so good. The two in particular worthy of mention is Jean-Pascal Patisserie which was located just around the corner from the house and the art of tea which we found at the Salamanca markets. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant and for the warm welcome with the fresh cut flowers. See more

We glad you had a great Xmas. The home is well positioned near North Hobart and is comfortable, exceptionally clean and very well organised for a holiday rental. Susan is a wonderful host who goes over and above to ensure visitors have a positive experience - providing treats and extras as well... as fresh flowers and a very well stocked pantry. You will have everything you need during your stay from beach towels to coffee to shampoo and Susan is very responsive to messages and happy to share knowledge of the local area.
