17.01.2022 On Friday our Garden Care staff and volunteers worked on Sofia’s front garden Sofia has lived in the same house for fifty years but the weeding was getting a little hard to do. Garden Care put in some new plants and Sofia will be able to look after these with help from her family. What a difference many helping hands can make!
