24.01.2022 4 minutes of HIT (high intensity training), morning & night on Mondays.



20.01.2022 4 minute mini-meditation DONE! I had to start work early so I beat the traffic & did my meditation in the car park today. Thankfully no one was around to see me ‘sleeping’ in my car for 4 minutes.

08.01.2022 4 STRETCHES are done! In fact as I’m really trying to be more flexible, I’m actually do more than 4 basic stretches but I always start with them: - thigh stretch; - glutes stretch:... - chest stretch; and - back stretch. Have a flexible day, Matt

06.01.2022 I must have been really moving on my 20 minute walk this morning..... of course followed by by my 4 minute cardio HIT (high intensity training).



05.01.2022 4 exercises DONE! Pistol squats x 20 each leg; Pushups x 30; Supermans x 20; and... Pike crunches x 10. Now my reward, coffee........
