19.01.2022 This funny little activity helps kids to become comfortable with independantly submerging their face in their water, and is good practise for breath holding! This can be done in the bath, outdoors, or even in the laundry basin (and we won't lie - it's pretty entertaining to watch, too!)

16.01.2022 Here are some real life examples of the factors that our little ones need to take into consideration before going for a dip in a lake, dam or river. Swimming in our natural water bodies is fun! Have your kids learn to swim with a focus on water safety and awareness in our Lake Lesch Lessons. Secure your spot and enroll now at https://bit.ly/2Sue6LD

03.01.2022 We've been getting a few hints at home that swimming lesson withdrawals are in full effect, pictured here So between some not-so subtle hints from Ellie and a few requests from you guys, we've got some at-home swimming and children's exercise videos and ideas up our sleeves for you, so stay tuned! We'll be posting these over the next couple of days.

02.01.2022 This is a quick, easy and fun activity for your little ones that doesn't involve getting them wet, which makes it a good one to have in the arsenal for the cooler days we've been seeing! This activity develops breath control, helps to train lung capacity, and is good "in through your nose, out through your mouth" practise to keep kids in the swing of things in these big gaps between swimming lessons!
