23.01.2022 Some new ceiling lights and wiring for the new shaving cabinet carried out by the talented Tall Guy Electrics at our Mt Eliza bathroom project.

18.01.2022 we often see very bad workmanship by other trades, but this is top of our list. Today we inspected a leaking shower from a new client ( Referred to us by a current client) This bathroom renovation was done 3 months ago by a unqualified tiler. Its extremely important to hire the right qualified trades for jobs. Make sure you check all credentials and get referrals. This new client has requested us to rectify the leak.

18.01.2022 Our Mt Eliza project is moving along well. New waterproofing now completed by the guys from Metro Waterproofing.

18.01.2022 This roof leak became a huge headache for our new client as several plumbers prior to us tried to locate and fix this annoying water leak. 4 Generation plumbing found and fixed the leak. This leak was caused by the local bird life picking at the foam lagging around the split airconditioning piping which allowed the water to flow between the pipe and lagging. This leak was about 9mtrs away from where the water stain was located inside the house. It pays to get the right plumber with 100 years of combined knowledge to locate and fix any roof leak.
