16.01.2022 INTRODUCING THE NAIL LASER CLINIC We are excited to announce the addition of The Nail Laser Clinic to 4 Life Podiatry. The Nail Laser Clinic offers proven treatment for Onychomycosis (Fungal Nail) with no downtime or adverse side effects. Our clinic uses a unique combination of treatments available only in world-class laser nail clinics in Sydney, London and now in Perth. We use the strongest medical-grade laser (Class 4 - Nd:YAG Laser) in combination with the Lunula lo...w-level Laser. This combines the two most effective known treatments for Fungal Nail to provide the highest level of treatment success. What is fungal nail laser treatment? Laser treatment for fungal nails works by combining both heat to kill the fungal organism as well as stimulating blood vessels supplying the nails, providing increased blood flow to the new growing nail plate. This leads to a healthier nail to the new growing portion. The laser treatment is not painful. Individuals have described experiencing a tingling sensation during and after treatment. Is fungal nail laser treatment effective? Currently we are seeing success in up to 90% of clients using laser treatment for fungal nail infections. Success rates for fungal nail laser treatment are influenced by an individual’s own assistance in maintaining adequate foot and shoe care. Immediate results are subtle and unfortunately you need to be patient and wait for the discoloured portion of the nail to be cut away as the nail grows. This could take up to 12 months. Opening in 2018, and moving to Mandurah in 2020, The Nail Laser Clinic offers an honest and professional clinical service that not only provides detailed knowledge on the cause, but the latest treatment options available for fungal nails. In doing so we offer a combination of treatment modalities to provide the highest level of treatment success. We will see you at The Nail Laser Clinic! See more
