25.01.2022 Well the monkeys have the trailer set up and the smoke rolling. We have a brisket and some pork ribs on, obviously covered in our favourite rubs from Deep South East Competition Rubs and all smoked over some great wood from Ministry of Smoke.missing our Bundaberg BBQ Battle

23.01.2022 Well we had a play yesterday with some Deep South East Competition Rubs on a lamb rack and a small brisket. All went well and tasted awesome. Ministry of Smoke supplied us with some great timber cheers rod and cam.

23.01.2022 As the greatest weekend for us approaches. We are sitting and reflecting how far a bunch of mates have come on this BBQ journey. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to do any travel competitions this year,but we did have fun doing the Townsville virtual competition. With some great support from family and friends we have continued pushing forward. So a big thank you to all of you from the #4monkeysbbq and yes we are cooking this whole weekend in between work. 23.01.2022 Well happy Easter to all our followers and their families from the monkeys a belated 21 year old chivas for the leader Jamie Smith 40th witch we already celebrated in Bali in March. This bottle was brought by our father for this the glasses are raised to you mate miss you and love you for ever wish you here to the day we see each other again. Love you mate

16.01.2022 Well after a wet and cold day in Brisbane yesterday and dealing with technology we had a great result to wake up to this morning being told we finished in 6th place. The event was a lot of fun to be a part of so thank you to the team that put it all together. Deep South East Competition Rubs are always our choice in competition or at home they truly get some awesome results.

15.01.2022 Well the brisket from the weekend. We were playing with some multi rub combos from our mate Deep South East Competition Rubs again and I think I nailed the flavour it was a little over but still tasted awesome we smoked it of Ministry of Smoke wood which gave it an amazing run time and flavour.
