Firstly identify what the problem ACTUALLY is: 1) If it's low engagement the message (copy), offer or targeting is probably the issue.... 2) If the reach is low it's usually the audience size, budget or the relevance score of the ad. 3) If you're getting reach and engagement, yet a low percentage of enquiries or leads, the ad is most likely working and it's probably the landing page (where you're sending the traffic) that needs tweaking. Knowing what isn't working and what to tweak is the key. At the end of the day what truly matters is the average cost to acquire a new client is less than the lifetime value of that client.
