24.01.2022 This Saturday is the 2nd One Wave in Port Stephens. It has been organised by a group of local women who have a shared passion for Mental Health and have found surfing and saltwater is a simple way to clear the mind and come back to themselves. What you need: - Fluro clothes, accessories, zinc... whatever - BYO Yoga mat or surfboard... - If it’s cold bring a blanket so you’re cosy for the meditation. The morning goes something like this: Judgment free conversations about mental health and whatever else comes up. Then Yoga or surfing Qualified instructors available for both And finish up with tea or coffee from the van on site. See you there!
